Rachel Zoe
Renowned fashion stylist and author, Rachel Zoe Rosenzweig, is best known for dressing up celebrities and working for magazine editors, international fashion houses, advertising agencies, and beauty firms.
Rachel Zoe grew up in Milburn, New Jersey. She is a former student of the prestigious George Washington University, where she studied sociology and psychology. Before she became one of America’s most in demand stylists, Rachel Zoe worked for YM and Gotham magazine. As a stylist, Rachel Zoe dresses up a number of celebrities for movie premieres, the Oscars and other events. She previously worked with the likes of Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie, Mischa Barton, Cameron Diaz and Keira Knightley while her current clients include Kate Hudson, Demi Moore, Eva Mendes, and Anne Hathaway.
Aside from dressing up the biggest names in the industry, Rachel Zoe has also collaborated with some of her fellow stylists and designers to create something for the masses. She has worked together with Judith Leiber, a well-known accessories maker, in producing a line of luxury bags. For a while, Rachel Zoe also was hired to be the face of the national ad campaign for Samsung’s Black Jack cell phone. In addition to that, she had also served as a consultant for Gap Inc’s shoe and handbag website as well as for Piperline.com.
Rachel Zoe also stars in her own reality TV series, The Rachel Zoe Project, which debuted last September 2008 on Bravo. The series documents her work as a stylist. She appears along with two of her fashion associates, Taylor Jacobson and Brad Goreski.
She has also parlayed her life’s work into writing. On October 2007, Rachel Zoe had successfully published her own fashion guidebook which was entitled Style A to Zoe: The Art of Fashion, Beauty, and Everything Glamour.
